Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Event Manager to join our team and oversee the planning and execution of various events. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating memorable experiences and ensuring the success of each event.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and coordinate all aspects of events from conception to completion
- Develop event concepts, themes, and timelines
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure all event requirements are met
- Manage event budgets and expenses
- Oversee event setup, breakdown, and logistics
- Provide on-site coordination during events to ensure smooth operations
- Evaluate event success and provide post-event reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in event planning and management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in event management software is a plus
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Knowledge of retail math would be beneficial for budgeting and financial aspects of events.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $43,791.43 - $52,738.06 per year
